Accepted orders typically process within 1–2 business days. Tracking is provided when your order ships. Bulk and white-label orders may be scheduled with your account contact.

Research materials are packaged appropriately for transit and leave sealed and tamper-evident. On receipt, store per accepted laboratory practice. Risk of loss passes on delivery to the carrier.

Each lot ships with, or references, its Certificate of Analysis — batch, purity spec, and signing lab — so you can pass the same documentation to your customers.
